How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be available under "My Account > Order History." You may also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Why is my order still being prepared?
Depending on the item, it may take some time to process and ship your order. You can check the current status by going to "My Account > Order History."
I didn't receive a confirmation email after placing my order.
First, check your inbox as well as your spam or promotions folders. Make sure the email address you entered during checkout is correct. If you're unsure or still can't find the email, please contact Customer Support.
How do I apply my coupons at checkout?
Available coupons will appear during checkout. You can select and apply any eligible coupons to your order.
Please note that coupon availability and conditions may vary depending on the store's policy.
How can I view my coupons?
After logging in, go to "My Account > Coupons" to check your available coupons.
How can I view my order history?
After logging in, go to "My Account > Order History" to view your previous orders and delivery status.
How can I delete my account?
To delete your account, log in on the desktop site and click the "Close Account" button at the bottom of the "My Account > My Profile" page.
※ Please note that account deletion is not available on mobile. To proceed, please use the desktop site.
Also, be aware that some benefits may be permanently removed once your account is deleted.
I want to update my account information.
After logging in, go to "My Account > Edit Profile" to update your email, address, and other personal details.
I forgot my username or password.
You can retrieve your information by using the "Find ID" or "Forgot Password" options on the login page.
I forgot my order number.
After placing your order, the order number and details are sent to the email address you provided.
If you can't find the email or didn't receive it, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
How can I track my order as a guest?
You can check your order status on the Order History page by entering your name, order number, and the password you created during checkout in the Guest Order Tracking section.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can shop without signing up. Simply click the "Guest Checkout" button at checkout to complete your purchase.
